Today I was in Ketchikan. I had 3 hours to go ashore. I wanted to visit the city, but some passengers told me that here is a Wall*Mart, not too far from the city. I rented a car (the renting process was a real adventure) and I went there. Finally I get to drive after almost 4 months without wheel. :P . I love to drive, and today i recharged my “battery” driving that car. It wasn’t a fancy car, was a Ford Escort. The thing is that the car had automatic gear and I prefer a manual one, because in that way i don’t spoil the pleasure of driving. The Wall*Mart it’s not too big, but it has many different things inside. I buyed for my dad a nice and useful Black & Decker tool, and for me a baseball glove and a ball. After that i took a ride with the car to see the surroundings. Nice place to stay for a while, friendly people.
That atmosphere reminded me of a movie witch i saw few years ago where i saw a movie witch described the life of a small and peaceful Alaskan city, with husky races (I don’t know if this thing has a special name). Very relaxing.

Take care you guys until the next time
