Google Chrome OS: Will it destroy the Desktop and Microsoft?

Microsoft buy Greenfield Online

It seems like Microsoft wants to catch Google in the Internet-search market. It seems that they agreed to buy Greenfield Online for $486 million.
Microsoft officials said that Greenfield shareholders will get $17.50 a share in cash.
